Paid Time Off
As a full time member of our team you will be eligble for the following PTO program provided you are not in a commissioned role, in that event it is a time off only program:
- Non-Management: 6 days in 1st year, growing on anniversary date each year to a maximum of 10 days
- Management: 10 days in 1st year, growing on anniversary date each year to a maximum of 15 days
